Windows 10: Possible problem with Windows defender

Hello everyone! I have a query, when I start my pc it appears that Windows Defender has stopped, it has happened to me twice(first time about 1 month ago) but I can restart it and it works again. My question would be should I be concerned? or is it a simple bug?

To troubleshoot this issue, we suggest that you check the Windows Defender service if it's running. If you are using a third party spyware/malware program, it may disable the Windows Defender service. To do this, please follow the steps below:

• Press Windows + R key.
• Type services.msc.
• Right-click Windows Defender service and click
  Start.
