Windows 10: POSSIBLE SPAM

M. Louis Richard employee #B127K1 called by phone today and told me that my Microsoft account have been hacked and I might be in trouble if an hacker use my computer. He said he works in Microsoft security, is it true that Microsoft call people for this and tells you that they will help remove the possible hackers? He called my place using this number: 33-650-055-8318.


When I asked him to give me a number to call Microsoft, he gave me this one; 800-426-9400 but I didn't call.


He wanted me to give him the 9 numbers after asking me to download any desk at : www.anydesk.com


Well, it's more likely a spam but can someone give me more details on what should I do?

You need to look at the “View installed Updates” screen to see the list of recently installed updates.

Follow these steps to view installed updates:

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

You can move to spam folder all day long and you get the same unwanted emails the next day. What a piece of crap. I'm about to go with a Chromebook or Apple. Microsoft sucks more and more.
