Windows 10: Possible virus

Discus and support Possible virus in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; Recently my laptop cannot complete even a quick scan with mcafee and whenever I try a full scan it shuts down completely, I cannot use it for longer...     Possible virus


    Recently my laptop cannot complete even a quick scan with mcafee and whenever I try a full scan it shuts down completely, I cannot use it for longer than a few minutes without it going to a black screen.
