Windows 10: Possibly corrupt files

I recently tried to run an Adobe application on my Win 11 machine. I have a full version of Win 11. The app would not open so I contacted tech support and after an hour+ of troubleshooting they determined that the problem is that my system has 2 corrupt files: msvcr100.dll and msvcr110.dll. The tech agent said he did medium-level windows troubleshooting to fix this, but will not do advanced troubleshooting until I contact MS for a potential solution. I tried contacting tech support but sadly the 2 people I spoke to were no help. They couldn't even understand what the problem was. One of them

Corrupted file RAR

If the archive has been created using WinRAR, why don't you try WinRAR itself? It has a built-in repair feature for repairing corrupted archive (ZIP as well as RAR). Follow the steps given below:

• Open WinRAR application in your system.
• Now click on File tab > Open or simply press Ctrl+O.
• A small window "Find Archive" will pop up. Locate the corrupt RAR archive from your system directory and select it.
• Now click Open button.
• Click Tools tab > Repair archive or simply press Alt+R.
• Again a small window "Repairing File name.rar" will pop up.
• Now click Browse to select a location to save the repaired archive.
• Check the box "Treat the corrupt archive as RAR" and click OK.
• WinRAR will start repairing of corrupt RAR archive. Once it gets completed click Close.

Corrupt Files

I strongly suggest reinstalling Windows because this step will allow the computer to revert to the drivers and refresh system files related to the problem. It's possible that the network device driver is no longer working properly, and the issue with resetting the PC might be cause by corrupted or missing system files.
