Windows 10: Post windows 11 update problems

My computer has turned into a giant useless paperweight. The latest update was installed yesterday, and now my Chrome isn’t working properly taking 3-5 minutes to load a page, if it ever even loads, Adobe acrobat is slow as a snail clicking through when it finally loads, even clicking through files in my windows explorer is delayed 10-15 seconds for every single click. Good luck typing in the windows search bar for anything, that never comes up. Every program is taking soooo long to open. I want to cry. I uninstalled the update, and that made it worse.

  Click on Next to perform the System Maintenance troubleshooter and follow the steps.
  

Method 2: I suggest you to update storage controller drivers.

• Install the latest storage controller driver.
• Go to Device Manager > Storage Controllers, right clicked on the listed drivers and select
  Update.

Step 1: I suggest you to uninstall the anti-virus software installed on your device and check for the updates.

Step 2: I suggest you to run the Windows Update troubleshooter and check.

Windows Update troubleshooter resolves problems that prevents you from updating windows.

Steps:

• Press Windows key and type
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  View all in the left pane.
• Select Windows Update to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter
  and follow the on-screen instructions.

Reset Windows Update components and check if you are able to find the Windows Updates.
