    Since i can't get ANY answers online, i decided to ask here. Today i turned my computer on and i see something called "Email and Calendar Accounts" on my screen. It was completely blank and the icon on the taskbar shows it being a white cog in the middle of a blue background. I closed it, and checked task manager to see what was going on. And the program wasn't closed, in fact, it was just lingering around and was suspended for some reason. So i searched "Email and Calendar Accounts" to check out if this was normal, but didn't find anything. It wasn't until i checked its actual process name, h

    I was hoping someone could give me a list of step by step instructions you use as a guide to clean virus, malware...etc. so I can keep my PC clean if it gets infected.

    If there is a potential infection on a device is it dangerous to download the latest windows update, as I'm concerned it may have the potential to spread an infection to another device by using files from other devices through delivery optimisation?
