  1. Potential malware problem?

I tried accessing my online banking but after clicking to look at the account, the page displayed briefly and then reverted back to the start page. ChromeI tried in a different broswer Edge and the same thing happened...Trying on a different PC and it worked fine.I then noticed that no matter what browser I use, the google sponsored links at the top of the seach results show up momentarily and then disappear. Even on a fresh install of FirefoxI have run Malwarebytes and Spybot. They found the usual minor things which I cleaned but the issue still occurs...

  2. Best way to remove problem Malware

    Hi There,

I am trying to remove a bundle of Malware without success.

There is a bundle of listed programs which I try to uninstall through the typical Control Panel effort, but they remain listed there:

    Buenosearch Toolbar
    MyPC Backup
    PC Performer
    Speed Test 127
    UnknownFile

I was looking at this weblink which provides a 5 step process for Buenosearch alone:
    http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-bueno-search/

Not sure how much certain guides can be trusted. One of the first things I read was to download Revo Uninstaller, and I've not heard of it so I'm not sure if it's trustworthy..........

  3. Potential Malware?

Hello - While updating my Mozilla browser yesterday the below link appeared and downloaded to my PC and the C prompt appeared with a progress monitor that went right to 100% then closed. Since then when I run the Microsoft Malware and Anti Virus protection
a message now appears that my PC might have have malware or a potential virus but non are ever identified upon the scan completing. It does appear the scan (Both quick and full) are taking longer than prior to this download. Below is the link that appears
in my download history. Any suggestions? Just trying to prevent my nice laptop from being ruined.
