Windows 10: Potential Spying Activities from Hosting Services, Open Ports and Instrumented Scripts in...

Does anyone know why task manager has so many duplicated processes running under the same user profile? Does it indicate potential spying activities performed through multiple sub-operating systems instrumented via open ports and other hosting services? The laptop I own is a 2-in-1 product and this issue has been going on for a while even after I reset the PC. I am very confident that there have been some cyber crimes going on lately, as I have been receiving quite a lot of phishing emails and scam calls, and I believe my financial accounts have been compromised as well. Windows Script Host to stop 'Windows Script Host is disabled on this machine, contact your administrator for details'
message by following these steps:

• Press Windows + R to open Run.
• Type regedit and press Enter to open the
  Registry Editor.
• Navigate to this key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings.
• On the right panel, double-click Enabled and change the
  Value data to 1.
• Save the changes and exit the Registry Editor.
  
  Note: Do not modify other keys on the Registry without having enough knowledge about that registry key as it may cause some failures on your PC
