  1. Potentially unwanted app still lingering?

I had a potentially unwanted app appear on Windows Defender and removed it. A little while later whilst I'm clearing up some tasks that were enabled on startup I noticed one called utweb.exe Utweb and after searching it up it appears to be affiliated with the unwanted app. I've disabled it but I'm still concerned. I've performed an offline scan and scanned with Malwarebytes - both said my PC was in the all clear. Is there anything else I should do?

    :)

  2. Potentially Unwanted App Found (Not)

Yesterday, I got a notification for a Potentially Unwanted App Found. I briefly went through the steps to find the app, but I got nowhere. Today, I received another notification so I took the time to research the entire paradigm for discovering the app. I opened Windows Security from the notification. I next went to App and Browser Control. However, there is no [Review] box under Reputation-based Protection. (All the settings in this section are set to Default). There must be something that is activating the notification, but nothing is showing up either on Microsoft or Malware Fighter. Any assistance would be appreciated as this is already becoming annoying. I am running Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1826).

  4. Potentially unwanted app still lingering?

Windows Security shows "Potentially unwanted app found" but nothing appears on Protection history

If nothing is there then it's likely you got rid of it already but the notification is lingering. For me that was the case, I downloaded something then deleted it.

Within Windows Defender go to App & Browser Control > Reputation-based protection settings and then turn off "Potentially unwanted app blocking". Go back to Home > App & Browser control and dismiss the notification. Then go back and turn "Potentially unwanted app blocking" back on.
