Windows 10: Power button acts like it's being held down when I'm not pressing it

I have a Windows 10, evolve 3 laptop and every time I try to turn it on it thinks the power button is being held. I've tried to uninstall the onboard keyboard but it hasn't worked, sometimes whenever I hold it down a little bit, it will stay on for a little while until it thinks the power buttons getting pressed. I searched all over Google for answers but haven't found anything, I was wondering if any of y'all would know what the issue is.

920 Volume down acts like power button

For some reason my volume down button now acts like the power button... I.e. I press it and it toggles the lock screen.







Hard reset doesn't help... And I don't see any settings for that. Seems like the hardware buttons are broken... Need a repair?

To assist you better, I would like to know when exactly you had received this error. Are you able to boot the computer?

The following steps detail how to change what happens when the power button is pressed.

By default the power button will tell the computer to shut down, if it is not set to shut down, please follow the below steps.

• In the Windows search box enter ‘Power Options’ and click on it when it appears in the list.
• On the left of the window, click on the ‘Choose what power buttons do’ link
• Under ‘When I press the power button’ choose the option you want to change it to
  Shut Down.
• Click ‘Save changes’ to save the changes.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to run the Power troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Follow these steps to run Power troubleshooter:

1. Type troubleshooting in the search bar.

2. Select Troubleshooting.

3. Select View all on the top left corner.

4. Click on Power.

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.

6. Check if issue persists.

After performing the power troubleshooter, please perform the steps that has been provided above.

F1 key acts like its being held down

My F1 key acts like its being held down. I checked my F1 key no debris or dust its a fairly new laptop I got it 2 months ago. This just started happening where my F1 key acts like its being held down even though physically its not. This has happened before with the CTRL key but I fixed by spamming CRTL-Windows. I have resetted my windows and deleted my keyboard and reinstalled it and also booted it in safe mode but the problem still stays. I need any help on how to fix this.
