  1. Power button in start menu only displays “lock” option

When clicking on the power button in the start menu only the lock option pops up, I’m still able to enable and disable the lock button via the control panel, but the other options are gone. On the Lock Screen however the power button still displays all the buttons such as power, shut down, and sleep. Any ideas what this is?

    :)

No restart option on the power button on my lock screen

The power option should be available on the sign-in screen.

    If not :

    • Press and hold the physical power button to force power off.
    • Power on again and when windows has started press and hold the power button as before.
    • Power on a third time and wait it should enter diagnostics and display the Troubleshoot menu.
