Windows 10: Power Management not working , APMS Error!

My battery health has reached 62%.My usage of the laptop is avg, and no heavy tasks are being performed by me.I want to replace the battery , but this way the new one will also get drained, how can I fix my power management ?It alwaya gives this APMS error in powercfg reports , I have linked the reports after formatting this device.Powercfg Reportshttps://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1oRUaq3k0JZ-puW2J7l1XdrlRvCOaVRLb?usp=sharing

Hmm. Either it's put out errors and WCG is limiting the work units available, or the project list may not be set to supply other WU when one runs out. (if the problem lies here and not on your end)

On the options to your left, if you go into Results Status, select the computer from Device Name and then look through results see if either they were returned late, errors or any other kind of issue that would stop the servers supplying WU from that perspective.

If there are no errors then it's maybe down to your project list. So selecting Device Manager from the left menu and then clicking on the profile assigned to that computer and make sure that it's assigned to receive WU for other projects if they run out.

At least those steps will rule out problems from the WCG end.

 

Fingerprint issue/Power Management

already tried the credentials service one, not of any help. I guess the only fix is from the power management tab

1. Press Windows Key + X and choose Device Manager from the list

2. When Device Manager opens, locate your fingerprint reader. It should be located in Biometric Devices section.

3.Right click your fingerprint reader and choose Properties

4. Navigate to Power Management tab and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

5. Click OK to save changes.


I want to follow this step but I cannot find the power management tab.

Step 1: I suggest you to remove all the external devices connected to the system, restart and check if the issue persists or not.
