Windows 10: Power management options missing from Windows 10 (No CsEnabled option in Reg)

My laptop wont wake up from sleep when i close the lid and open it again. I'm trying to see if the lid is enabled to allow the laptop to wake up but the power management option (and a lot of other options in general) are missing from device manager and the advanced power settings. There used to be a way to get these back from using CsEnabled in Reg, but the new windows update got rid of CsEnabled. Any way to get these setting back?

Power options missing High Performance option

The command should be: powercfg /list

Well, it looks like this below was reported to work, but it will remove "Sleep" with CsEnabled set to 0.

Leaving the slider at "Best Performance" would be the same as using High Performance though.

Surface 3.
Windows 10 Home, 64 bit, version 1709 Build 16299.192

Cannot find the High Performance option under Power Options.





I used registry editing:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power
Changed CsEnabled key value from 1 to 0.
Did not work. Result the same. No High Performance option.

 

Missing Advanced Power Options

Appreciate the advice however I've already added the aforementioned missing options but under "advanced options" are still another 7 to 10 that are missing...off the top of my head they are key DP control, link management, adaptive display, USB suspend, pic Express, wireless adapter
