Windows 10: Power Management Tab for Nic card

I am trying to set up some new laptops for Wake on Lan that we just received for our school, and one of the settings is to configure Dell Precision Nic Card to wake the device up, which you should be able to do through the device manager, but the power management tab is missing. I have tried everything from regedit setting CsEnable to uninstalling the ethernet card, and still missing. I am reading others are having the same issues. I know someone on this planet has found a way to get the tab to show back up on their device. Why did Microsoft get rid of this feature, and how do I get it back? E

One such thread suggested an old ethernet drive could give rise to the tab missing.

Some threads suggest that anything preventing sleep may conflict with this.

Fingerprint issue/Power Management

already tried the credentials service one, not of any help. I guess the only fix is from the power management tab

1. Press Windows Key + X and choose Device Manager from the list

2. When Device Manager opens, locate your fingerprint reader. It should be located in Biometric Devices section.

3.Right click your fingerprint reader and choose Properties

4. Navigate to Power Management tab and uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

5. Click OK to save changes.


I want to follow this step but I cannot find the power management tab.
