Windows 10: Power Mate Disappeared

When I booted my PC this morning, I found that the Power Mate could not open.I looked in the menu for it, where it has been since it installed itself, and to my surprise it was gone.When I went to Microsoft Store to re - install it the application no longer exists in the Microsoft Store.Does this mean that Windows 11 has finally removed it from public availability, if so Thank You Microsoft.Of all the useless apps you have come up with, Power Mate was the worst.

• From when are you facing this issue?

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Hardware Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with power. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Power.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Power troubleshooter.

And also install all the latest drivers (Graphic) from the manufacturer web site.

Power plan?

Upon checking, it seems that there's nothing wrong with your system. It is usual that you have to double-click your mouse before your monitor wakes up.

For the meantime, we suggest changing the power plan by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + S.
• Type in Power Settings.
• On the pop-up window, choose Additional power settings.
• Select High performance.

After changing the power plan, we suggest that you monitor the changes made and check if that will work for you.
