Windows 10: Power Outage Messed Up my Bios, Unable to Load Anything

Hi all, I got a power outage which shut my PC off instantly.
When I tried powering it on, it ended up boot looping within the BIOS Post screen continuously so something was up.
I've tried booting straight into UEFI boot drive but it just says Preparing Automatic Repair and freezes or restarts again.
Booting into a bootable flashdrive such as Ubuntu or Elementary OS freezes at the Grub Screen, and booting into a bootable Windows 10 setup USB drive freezes at the Windows logo as well.

At one point while I was trying everything out such as reseating RAM sticks and unplugging hard drives, it booted into Windows 10 but when I shut it off to put everything back together the problem re-occurred and I haven't been able to reproduce the proper boot solution.

Is my motherboard screwed? Or am I still able to do anything with it? I've already tried resetting by taking out the CMOS battery but the result is still the same.

Processor: AMD A8 5600K
RAM: 2x 4GB Kingston 1600 DDR3
Motherboard:

EMX-A55FM2HD-iCAFE
Boot Drive: Samsung 860 EVO Sata SSD 500GB
Secondary Drive: Seagate 500GB
GPU: Palit GTX 750TI

Power outage caused programs to disappear and/or become disfunctional

There are few factors that can contribute to the issue you are encountering. Power outages can result in data loss, corruption of folders/files, and programs not functioning.

To assist you further, kindly provide more details by answering the following questions:

• Which browser are you using to check the passwords and favorites section? Provide the list of browsers where you encountered the concern.
• Have you tried using another account to verify if the programs are still missing on your program list?

There is a possibility that the drive index has been corrupted. We highly suggest that you check your hard drive and scan for errors by following these steps:

• Open This PC on File Explorer and locate your hard drive.
• Right-click and choose Properties.
• Under Tools tab, click on Check Now button.

After scanning the hard drive, hidden files and folders, as well as lost data can be restored.

Power outage when Using RBE

Okay so we have a problem.

PCI card is here Rage128pro 32mb *Laugh :laugh:

Steps;
Set bios to boot PCI-PCI-E-PCI-X

Boots without a problem with just pci
(here is the problem)
When plugged 5770 in With 6pin power i have no post, (all steps tried....)
When 6pin unpluged i get post??

with 6pin unpluged i get into dos i run atiflash -i but only get a listing from the ATIRagepro

Any Ideas?

Unable to boot after power outages


Yes, you should turn self back off in the Bios. Many times when a power outage happens, the power may come on for a moment and go out again. If this happens too often, the drive gets errors and will not boot.
You can get a UPS power protector that will keep the computer online on battery power until the power is restored.
