    Power outage on HP Prodesk Mini, No longer recognizing second Monitor


    Hello all,As stated above, I have an HP Prodesk Mini PC that I am using to work from home. We just had an unexpected power outage while I was using it. Once everything came back on, my second monitor is no longer being recognized. I've tried switching monitors and that does not work. I plugged in another monitor, not recognized. I've restarted it a few times and still, not recognized. Does anyone have any tips/tricks for this?Thank you,Liz

    Hp computer not recognizing second monitor with HDMI cord

    I am using HDMI cord to add a second monitor to my HP computer. So far, cannot get the computer/monitor to recognize each other.

    SECOND MONITOR NOT RECOGNIZED

    i HAVE WINDOWS 10 AND A TOSHIBA LAPTOP.

    ALTHOUGH FOR YEARS MY TOSHIBA RECOGNIZED MY SECOND HP PORTABLE MONITOR, SUDDENLY WHEN I GO TO SETTINGS, DISPLAY I DO NOT SEE THE SECOND PLUG IN MONITOR I USED FOR YEARS.

    Powering a second monitor with a HP 17 Laptop

    I have a HP Laptop 17 CN0097nr which does have a USB-C port but after buying a USB C Monitor, I am reading that my port will not power the monitor. And the second monitor only has a USB C port. HOW do I get a second monitor to work with my laptop if the USB C for it does not send power??? Is there an adapter I can get, or a powered hub of some sort? I tried using an a HDMI to USB-C cord and while it turns the monitor on for a moment, the Monitor still says no USB C connection found and shut off! Did I totally mess up by buying this HP Laptop computer if it will not let me run a second monitor? Please help.
