  1. power shell and updater starting with every reboot of windows 10

For the past month, every time I try to start windows 10, it takes a long time to boot, then after login it goes directly to execute powershell. No section or anything starts, just a blue screen. By exiting 2 or 3 times it goes away and the uploader starts. Does not execute anything, just waits. When I exit from that program with 2 or 3 tries, or cont alt del to bring up the task manager and stop the process it continues to my regular screen, but no program will actually start for a couple of minutes. Then I finally try to execute Microsoft Edge or any other internet program. I must start it at least 2 times for it to be stable enough to allow me to work on the internet. I have thought about re-installing microsoft, but I don't want to loose the 30 or so programs I have on the computer, and I will admit that I have lost the license information for 3 or 4 of my favorite programs, and don't want to have to pay for new copies. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    :)

    Windows Power Shell

When I start Win 10, Win Power Shell 1.0 comes on the screen and stays there, empty for 1.5 to 2.0 min, locking up the screen and the system for that time. What can I do to keep Win Power Shell from coming up? I have tried to shut it off everywhere I
can find it. This started with the August Routine update.
