Windows 10: power usage

when im running a game all my other applications usage goes to 0 or very low usage. if im watching youtube on my 2nd moniter and start up a game the video will start to stutter and the game will take all the power usage. And i know its not a hardware issue becuase about 2 months ago i could be playing forza and watch netflix at the same time and it would run smoothly. all my drivers are up to date.

Pc is unable to wake up from sleep or hibernate or use fast startup, it crashes when I try

• Type Troubleshooting
• Under System and Security Click Power usage
• Let the troubleshooter run.
