    hello im using an edited version of windows 8.1 pro build 9600 and i can`t activatemit it gives me it doesn`t work

    this pc is a Sony vaio vgn-nw20ef i was thinking to move from windows 7 to 8 but it didn`t let me put a product key then its showing in a corner Windows 8.1 Pro Build 9600 and it doesn`t let me activate it (all i changed was the taskbar)
