Powercfg -devicequery wake_armed what to untag in the device manager?

Glad you got it sorted. Remember: with a current backup and knowledge of how to restore your OS, as long as you have time to perform a restore if needed, you can try just about anything out with nothing to lose but time, and a LOT to learn along the way.
    Good work!

Powercfg -devicequery wake_armed shows me following devices.

Powercfg -devicequery wake_armed what to untag in the device manager? [IMG]

Probably... (I am not 100% sure)
they may be the cause of my system not properly shutting down, but going to sleep instead.

In the Device Manager, right click the respective item, properties, tab [Power Management] should I then untag both

    - Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power- Allow this device to wake the computer

    Any drawbacks?

    Thanks.

    :)

    powercfg -devicequery wake_armed

    didn't work for me, but

    powercfg /DEVICEQUERY wake_armed

    did.

Windows 10 PC wakes spontaneuously shortly after going into sleep state--behavior started after the November 2015 update

    Can you run these?

    powercfg /waketimers

    powercfg /devicequery wake_armed

You could always take a "try it and see" approach to changing those specific settings. FWIW, I do have WOL turned on, but I have the power control "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" turned off. The latter seems to be most strongly related to "difficulties sleeping" in my experience.

    Many thanks indeed!

I have disabled all the items successfully.

Did not manage to disable the Internet Cards, they remained listed when running Powercfg -devicequery wake_armed
    Until I disabled hibernate.
After that they were not listed anymore.

There was a specific reason for disabling all this, but that is a long story.

    Thanks again!
