Windows 10: Powershell cannot be initialized

Powershell flashes.i tried my best to copy the output it gave me before closing. And i copied it heres the output:The shell cannot be started. A failure occurred during initialization: The type initializer for 'System.Management.Automation.LanguagePrimitives' threw an exception. [process exited with code 4294901760 0xffff0000] How do i repair this?

PowerShell instead of Commandline in Creators Update

Interestingly enough my personal laptop just got the update...and still has Command Prompt listed, not PowerShell...

Edit: Not that it matters...I use both regularly. *Toast :toast:

Just to verify, do you have any scheduled tasks that uses Powershell? Scheduled tasks makes Powershell window appear periodically on your computer, therefore we suggest that you check the Task Scheduler. Here are the steps:

• Click on Start.
• In the search bar, type Task Scheduler and click on
  
  Task Scheduler in the results.
• Under Active Tasks, check for any tasks that use Powershell and the scheduled time.

If the issue still persist, we suggest that you run a Windows Defender scan to see if it will pick up any malware that the first scan missed.

My Windows PowerShell Restriction

As our initial troubleshooting step, kindly create another admin account through the Command Prompt:

• Press Windows + X key and select Command Prompt (Admin).
  
• Type the command line: net user administrator /active:yes and press
  Enter.
• Once created, try reentering the command in PowerShell using the new
  Administrator account.
