Windows 10: Powershell closes immediatly suddenly

Out of nowhere. Everytime i open powershell it errors with thisreinstalled powershell:windows powershell terminated with the following error: the type initializer for 'system.management.automation.runspaces.initialsessionstate' threw an exception. Start Menu opens and closes suddenly

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to make your start menu work and check if it helps.

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type Powershell
• Type the following 2 commands in the Powershell prompt:
  • $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifestand press Enter.
  • Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"}and press Enter.
• Close the Powershell window.
• Reboot.

IE11 immediatly reopens itself whenever I close it out.

We suggest that you follow these steps to clear the Windows Store cache:

• Press the Windows key+R keys to open the Run dialog.
• Type WSReset.exe, and click on OK.
• The Windows Store and a command prompt will now open without any message. The command prompt will automatically close when the Store cache has been reset.

PowerShell windows suddenly opens and closes with High RAM usage in the background.

After around an hour from starting my laptop suddenly an empty PowerShell window opens and suddenly closes, opening task manager shows around 2 GB of RAM, I close it myself but after each restart this problem is still appearing which is really annoying. Is there any solution of this?
