Both Microsoft Edge and Start are not working.

Get-AppxPackage : Access is denied, will be encountered if you were not recognized as the administrator. We suggest that you try again the steps that were provided previously.

If the above will not work, Let us try rebuilding Edge. Please make sure that you are log-in as the administrator.

Kindly follow the steps provided below:

    • Click on Start.
    • Type PowerShell.
    • Right-click on WindowsPowerShell
      then choose Run as administrator.
    • Click Yes,
if you are prompted for access.
    • Type this command in the
      PowerShell window:
      Get-AppXPackage-AllUsers-Name
      Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge|
      Foreach{Add-AppxPackage-DisableDevelopmentMode-Register
      "$($_.InstallLocation
      )\AppXManifest.xml" -Verbose} then press
      Enter.
    • Wait for the command to complete.
    • Restart your Computer.

If the issue still persist, kindly send us a feedback.

    Windows 10 Tweaks

@W1zzard looks like the hashing/version is different on some systems
    this syntax works better
    powershell "Get-AppxPackage *3d* | Remove-AppxPackage"
    powershell "Get-AppxPackage *bing* | Remove-AppxPackage"
    powershell "Get-AppxPackage *solit* | Remove-AppxPackage"
    powershell "Get-AppxPackage *people* | Remove-AppxPackage"
    powershell "Get-AppxPackage *zune* | Remove-AppxPackage"
    powershell "Get-AppxPackage *photos* | Remove-AppxPackage"
    powershell "Get-AppxPackage *phone* | Remove-AppxPackage"
    powershell "Get-AppxPackage *communi* | Remove-AppxPackage"
someone already compiled all the tweaks listed into a handy choice driven .cmd file
you can get that from here
