  1. Powershell using almost RAM in background

My laptop has 8GB or RAM. Sometime when I notice it is painfully slow and I check task manager, I find a powershell process using so much ram around 3 GB . Is there a way to find what triggers this powershell? Can it be a Virus or Malware?

    :)

PowerShell instead of Commandline in Creators Update

Interestingly enough my personal laptop just got the update...and still has Command Prompt listed, not PowerShell...

Edit: Not that it matters...I use both regularly. *Toast :toast:

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

To RAM or not to RAM...

Hey genesis what hardware have you bought, you might be able to save on the ram and step up the rest of the hardware a little...

Or you could go out on the town as suggested... *Big Grin Powershell using almost RAM in background :D
