Windows 10: powertoy disableling a shortcut but not entirely

i'm mouse left handed so my corouch button is alt because shift is to far from by thumb when i disable the alt+space shortcut it work but it don't disable the alt+space+any other key shortcut for exemple if i do alt+space+z to walk forward while slidind the shortcut menu apears and i can't remap every key one by one because you can't . i already tried to remap everyhing manually but powertoy let you remap only once the alt+space shortcut even with a another key after

I am not able to uninstall PowerToys from my system.

I installed PowerToys via Microsoft Store. There are other ways and more information listed here, out of which I chose Microsoft Store.

However, whenever I try to uninstall it, it leads me to the Control Panel, which, as I said earlier, doesn't show PowerToys in its list. I am confused because I tried these same steps on my other Microsoft Store applications, and your steps seem to be perfectly applicable to these applications.
