Windows 10: PowerToys stopped

Discus and support PowerToys stopped in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I had PowerToys working for about a week, then it started playing up and in particular the Hotkey for Run stopped working.     PowerToys stopped


    I had PowerToys working for about a week, then it started playing up and in particular the Hotkey for Run stopped working. So I tried to download it again. No can do. Many failed attempts, using different sites; Github produced a menu which limited me to 'change', 'repair' and another which I have forgotten but certainly not a fresh install; and when I tried Repair I was told it didn't exist on my machine so it could not be repaired!

    I found the Run / Launcher feature very useful so I hope there is an easy solution.
