Windows 10: precision mouse smart switch

Hi, I open the smart switch button and see my two device layout Surface book 3 and Surface pro 7, However, I cannot move the mouse from one screen, to another. I move the mouse to the edge, it just stops and cannot move anymore, I'd like to know how can I fix this problem and enjoy the smart switch

Mouse and Keyboard Center - Smart Switch.

Hi,

I just bought a Microsoft Precision mouse as I want to use only one mouse / keyboard with my two desktops.

It's working fine, I can switch between the two devices, but I need a keyboard.

I found a page reporting all devices compatible with the Mouse and Keyboard Center

here, but does that mean those devices are also compatible with the Smart Switch feature ?

If not, which keyboard is compatible with Smart Switch ?

Windows 10: Microsoft Bluetooth Keyboard and Precision Mouse Freeze

Three months using the computer, before using a Logitech MX Master S2 with zero flaws.

About one month using the surface precision mouse. If I don't open the Mouse and Keyboard Center, the mouse works fine.

But, I want to use the smart switch to control my surface book and the desktop in my job.

The Mouse and Keyboard Center doesn't work with the surface mouse in my job either, a desktop Dell XPS i7.

Without the software, using only the mouse, paired in a old fashion way, switching the active computer pressing the button on the mouse, no problem too.

What is the new "Smart Switch Configuration" in Mouse and Keyboard Center version 3.2?
