Windows 10: Preferred screen resolution has gone after the update v.2004

I've been using 1440x810 (16:9) in some "heavy" games. It was available by default, this night I rolled the update 2004 and that screen resolution is gone now. Now there's available only 1440x900 which is 16:10 and not 16:9. That's a huge issue for me.

I'm thinking to it rollback to v.1903 or 1907, sure what it was.

Is it possible to rollback? Will I really have the previous Windows state? And will I get the resolution back?

Screen Resolution too big

Firstly, try to install all the available Windows Updates and check if it fixes the issue.

I suggest you to change the screen resolution settings and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key and type Change Screen Resolution and click on the option listed.
• Under resolution try changing the resolution settings.

Also try to install the latest drivers from the manufacturer website and check.

I suggest you to update the Display Adapter Drivers

Step 1: Update the Display Adapter driver.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on
  Update driver software.

Step 2: Please follow the below steps to change the resolution of the screen and check:

• Type Change screen resolution in the
  Search box from the desktop.
• Under Resolution search for the Recommended resolution and click on
  Apply.
• A windows pops up saying "Keep these display settings", then select
  Keep changes.

Blue Screen after upgraded to V.2004

Thank you for your reply.

• I could not find the *dump files, I don't think I enable it,
• I will work on the MSinfo file and the Specc files when I have more time in hand.

Questions:-

• you're suggesting that I should install the V.2004 and let it crash (if it'll crash)?
• since there is no .dump file exist (or I couldn't find one), the troubleshooting still good just using the MSinfo and the Specc files that reflects my current system state (V.1909)?
