Windows 10: Premium Account w/ Ads

I have uninstalled the solitaire game, reinstalled it, tried purchasing the premium again and I'm still getting ads. I've repaired/reset several times, I've shut down and restarted, nothing is working. When I tried repurchasing, it says I already have it, which I thought but every time I go to play a daily challenge, I get an ad.This has been happening more and more lately. I've had to repair/reset more times in the last 6 months than I've ever had to in all the years I've played it. Bought ready to hang it up, delete it and never purchase again.
