Windows 10: preparing automatic repair, but it doesn't let me sign in saying incorrect password.

I just have installed a cracked software but it didn't installed perfectly. so i have tried to uninstall but that didn't let me uninstall. after that i have restarted my laptop. it didn't restarted it has stucked on preparing automatic repair. it wants password of my account i have used pc password but it says incorrect , how can i get out of this problem without losing my data.?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Preparing automatic repair, then it goes black

Hi, thanks for the help. But unfortunately I am unable to do the steps given as my laptop never reaches the sign-in page meaning I can't access the desktop. When I turn it on it says 'preparing automatic repair' then goes black, and doesn't change.

 

Preparing Automatic Repair and Incorrect Password

Hello! This morning I got a windows message that it needed to restart. Upon restarting it gave a "Preparing Automatic Repair" followed by "Scanning and Repairing (C..." which only appeared for about 5 seconds before showing the blue screen with the options of continue, use a device, troubleshoot, etc.

Trying any option requires my Password, and for some reason it does not accept it, but I was able to log in on my phone. I did also try safe mode and safe mode with networking, but I only get the same startup from before.
