Windows 10: Preparing automatic repair loop AND Bootable Drive stuck on black screen

After rebooting my PC after a .zip file took 10 minutes to open, I did a hard reboot because it did not go past the booting screen for a good 10 minutes. power button held down for 5+secs causing it to stay in a booting screen loop. The automatic repair window is also stuck on a loop. I then tried out using a bootable stick SD Card reader, I haven't got any USB drives through the windows media creation tool. 64GB card, 32GB card with rufus and ventoy, 16GB card with rufus and Windows MCT, each time with NTFS and FAT32 format. Hello , I have an acer laptop and windows 10 , I am stuck in loop of preparing automatic repair then black screen then automatic repair could not repair my pc , I have tried advanced options to no avail please could you help

Step 1:

I would suggest you to download an ISO image of Windows 10 and try to create installation media using the Media Creation tool.

Once the bootable media is created, follow next step:

Step 2: Perform Start up Repair.

Follow the steps mentioned below to perform Start up Repair:

a. Insert the installation DVD or
USB and boot Windows 10 from it.

b. Select “Troubleshooting” from the first Window and then select “Advance Options”.

c. Then select “Start up Repair” from “Advanced options” window.

This will help you to boot into your Operating system again.
