Windows 10: Preparing automatic repair loop, black screen. Unable to reinstall.

Good day,

My computer was infected with some kind of virus that i think messed up some Window's files. I decided i don't need the information in my PC I can't be bothered. So I tried reinstalling windows through the settings a few times. Exhausted the different options keep my files/fast wipe of the data/thorough clean Didnt work out. And in those turing on and offs one time the laptop started l with the asus in search of incredible logo. Below that preparing automatic repair. Then 3 sec in, everything dissapiars and i i am left with a black screen. So I made a usb drive to reinstall Windows from. I go into the boot options and select the usb drive but after that the same thing happens the asus in search of incredible logo and then darkness. Tried turning it off and on 2 times for the troubleshooting it does not pop up. Read a bunch of forum posts but the last and the most likely way to resolve the problem seems to be to reinstall. But I it does not let me.

Preparing automatic repair loop followed by black screen

Method 2: To Troubleshoot no boot situation, follow the below steps:

Step 1:

I would suggest you to download an ISO image of Windows 10 and try to create installation media using the Media Creation tool.

Download Windows 10

Once the bootable media is created, follow next step:

Step 2: Perform Start up Repair.

Follow the steps mentioned below to perform Start up Repair:

a. Insert the installation DVD or
USB and boot Windows 10 from it.

b. Select “Troubleshooting” from the first Window and then select “Advance Options”.

c. Then select “Start up Repair” from “Advanced options” window.

This will help you to boot into your Operating system again.

Preparing Automatic Repair loop

1) I created a USB boot disk via the Media Create Tool.

2) Powered on with that drive and it was indeed selected as boot. It blinked during startup but again went into loop. Similar to "Preparing Automatic Repair" loop except no such words. The loop now consists of just the Dell splash screen and a half circle
of dots below. Repeats forever.

Have I missed something or done something incorrectly? Any other suggestions?
