    "Preparing Windows" stuck on official Windows 11


    Recently, I got the problem: It appeared "Welcome" then "Preparing Windows" and it was stuck; I had to restart by holding the power button, then it appeared again, then I try pressing "Sleep" button, it appeared as "Welcome" message and stucked and then I had to restart again, I did that thing a lot of times and after nearly 1 hour and 30 minutes, I could access to the desktop but all I saw on the screen was only a row of applications instead of normal 3 rows, and the Taskbar didn't have anything the Window button, the Search button, etc... so I had to restart again for the last time and ev

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
