Windows 10: preparing your game minecraft launcher error

I recently bought a brand new computer and was attempting to install minecraft launcher. Upon doing this i was hit with this error. "CLiP linces device id does not match the device ID int the bound device license." This error was then fixed by updating windows. After this I encountered another error when trying to open minecraft launcher. I was hit with an error screen when minecraft was "Unpacking..." Gaming Services and the Minecraft Launcher Will Not Install

Error code: 0x80070490

Device: Brand new Acer Nitro 17.

I'm trying to install the Minecraft Launcher. When I click install and go to the Library page of the Windows Store I see it's trying to install both the MC Launcher and also Gaming Services. Both fail to install and give the above error code.

Things I've tried:
1) Windows Update - I've installed all updates, including optional updates.

2) Resetting the Gaming Services app via the Apps menu. Gaming Services IS NOT IN THE LIST.

3) Resetting the Windows Store per this suggestion (Redirecting)

4) wsreset.exe

While resetting the Windows Store I get a number of errors. I've pasted the results of step 2.3 here: Add-AppxPackage : Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073D02, The package could - Pastebin.com

While resetting the Windows Store and reinstalling Gaming Services (step 3.2 and 3.3 in the suggestion above)

Please try these steps:

Reset the Microsoft Store Cache

1. Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog.
   
2. Type wsreset and hit Enter to reset the Microsoft Store cache.
   

Reset the Minecraft App

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
   
2. Find the Minecraft Launcher app, click the three dots and select Advanced Options.
   
3. Click the Reset button to reset the Minecraft app.
   

Reinstall Minecraft from Microsoft Store

1. Uninstall any existing Minecraft installations from your PC.
   
2. Open the Microsoft Store and search for "Minecraft Launcher".
   
3. Install the latest version of the Minecraft Launcher from the store.
   

If none of these solutions work, you may need to check for any Windows updates and run the Microsoft Store Apps troubleshooter.

i cant install minecraft launcher because i opened the installer got the minecraft pop up saying " your game is being prepared" and when i try to download it says "error" i need help really badly
