Windows 10: press space on start screen to login pc resets

So my pc bluescreened recently and nothing would work i tried resetting pc it wouldn't let me i tried restoring to a previous system point that didn't work i tried booting into safe mode i tried so on and so on, eventually i ran both chkdsk f and r which didn't fix my problem, this resulted in me running sfc that stopped the blue screens from happening but now when i turn on the computer and press space to login nothing pops up the the pc restarts after awhile and I can't do anything about it due to "There are Currently No Power Options Available"

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)

Here are few steps to perform:

• Start windows and wait till login screen appears
• now press and hold Shift button and click on restart, do not release Shift button until you can see Option Screen
• Now press Troubleshoot option
• Click on Reset this PC
• Select Keep my files if you need all your data as it is
• Ready to rest and press reset to start procedure
• Now it will ask you to select your administrator account followed by password.
• Hit enter with administrator account settings and it will restore you to default settings.
