Windows 10: Pressing F8 while using Chrome opens empty box in upper right corner

For several users in my environment, including myself, pressing the F8 key while using chrome opens an empty black rectangle in the upper right corner of the screen. For myself and several other users this issue began shortly after a recent Windows update. I believe the update that caused the issue is KB5050009 but I am still trying to determine this.I have ensured users have the most current Chrome version available and are fully up to date on Windows updates. The issue does not occur with other browsers but I would like to address the issue with Chrome.I'm confident the issue is related t

Fix

The problems can be fixed pretty easily.

For Windows 7 users. (for different OS's usable but these steps refer to Windows 7 OS)

• 
  Go to your Control Panel.
  Go to Hardware and Sound
  Then go to you're Mouse settings. (It's in the blue text under Devices and Printers)
  At the Mouse settings menu you go to the Pointers Tab
  
  
  
  
  On this tab you just have to disable: Enable pointer shadow
  
  Press apply and you're done!

sorry you may did but i no idea, so step by step.

And just make it clear;
your lag is the mouse arow in the corner/
if yes;
do you use samthing on sidebar?
if yes try to switch off and see...

When I have chrome open and open new page The browser shrinks

Open Chrome at any size then click the right upper corner box so that the window is fully expanded. Then reboot and see what happens when Chrome is reopened.

Another option is to open chrome > click on the three vertical dots in the right upper corner > settings > page zoom > select 100 %
