Windows 10: Pressing my left mouse button sometimes triggers windows + D

i found out that it sometimes trigger windows + D for some reason because whenever i press, theres a chance it will send me to the desktop so it HAS to trigger windows + D right? and when i was holding ctrl and click and it triggers windows + d, it creates a new desktop which is even more annoying.

Issues with clicking the left button on my mouse

I would suggest you to install available Windows updates including Optional updates and check if that helps you. If the issue still persists, refer to the following suggestion.

Method 1:

Please follow the steps to run hardware troubleshooter on the computer and check if that helps you:

a) Press Windows and X key together and select Control Panel.

b) Click on Troubleshooting.

c) Click on View all option on the left side of the Windows.

d) Click on Hardware and Devicesoption.

e) Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.

Method 2:

Uninstall the mouse drivers from device manager:

a. Press “Windows + R” keys to open Run window.

b. Type devmgmt.msc in the run option and click Ok.

c. Search for the mouse or touchpad drivers and right click the mouse driver listed and click Uninstall.

d. Click Uninstall, restart the computer and check if that helps you.

Default Browser tab opened when clicking both mouse buttons (left and right)

Pressing both mouse buttons replicate the function of the middle button to open a new tab. This could've been triggered due to a change on your driver settings after the recent update. As an initial step, we suggest that you update your mouse driver to reset
any changes to default. To do this, follow the steps provided on this
link. Once you're done check if the issue persists.

Zippy! Automatic Button Pressing program.

Wouldn't it have been more expedient to ditch the GUI and make Zippy! a hot key activated app?
(Similar to how TPUCapture works)
For instance ... Zippy! is running in the background. The user presses a key combo (say Alt-Z) to tell Zippy! to repeat the next key/mouse click it sees until the hot key combo is pressed again?
So Alt+Z and then left mouse click tells Zippy! to repeat the left mouse click until Alt+Z is pressed again.
That would completely eliminate the need for profiles.
