Windows 10: Prevent display turning on from touch

Hi All,I have spent many hours searching and reading without any clear answer to my issue.the problem:I have a Panasonic Toughpad with windows 10. I have set up the power key to turn off the display when long pressed. any time the screen is touched it instantly wakes up. I have tried all the settings I can find but nothing short fully disabling the HID will stop this from happening.The tablet will be used as a field data collector and being able to "put it away" in a vest pocket or similar is an important function. have the touch screen wake up inside a pocket is trouble. This seems so obvious

But you did not look at that tutorial's list of related tutorials for all the other
Add or Remove ... from Power Options - TenForumsTutorials
ones. That's what I suggested. The link to that particular tutorial was just a way in to the set of them.

Display does not turn off when pc is idle

Just did all the suggestions. Did not work. Display does not turn off.

This issue was from the beginning when I downloaded Win 10. I had Win 8.1 and the display always turned off as I set it.

My pc is HP Pavilion Touchsmart 23 all-in-one. According to "checking for updated drivers on display and monitors", I always get the response that the drivers currently installed are the correct ones.

 

Thumbnails - how prevent them from displaying?

How do I prevent thumbnails from displaying? How do I turn them off? Previous suggestions do not work.
