  1. prevent local user using my apps and files

    I made a local account which had some of owner apps and also the local account has access to files owner files. How do I stop that or what are the steps to make a local account that doesn't have that access?

  2. Preventing access to modern app

    Ive been tasked with preventing the children from accessing instagram. I've got it listed in my windows hosts file and internet options/security/restricted site but the windows 10 app is still allowing access. Any suggestions other then deleting app which can just be reinstalled?

  3. Mystery local user present with no account

    Good afternoon Andre,

    Thank you for your feedback, most appreciated. I tried both of your suggestions and the 1st5 user was not listed in either, just my original local user name was listed. I also tried to cut the 1st5 user folder from the C;/users listing and paste it to a
    thumb drive so I didn't loose it but I got this error code, 0x80070057, that prevents me from moving it saying the "parameter is incorrect". Any other suggestions would be welcomed.

    R/Confused

    Also when I got the error I mentioned above there was a Folder with a person's picture and MY local user name, not the 1st5 user name.

    Give access to specific apps for Local User

    @dalchina, thanks for the suggestion.

    I tried your blanket option, and that didn't work.

    I filtered per your suggestion:

    However, it seems there are no settings for that filter:
