Windows 10: Prevent multiple start of a software

Hello,I would be new here in this forum and have a problem. I would be very happy if you could give me a tip or the solution.In the company we use a program that is coupled to a CAN and an IO interface. With this software we control a machine. Unfortunately it is possible to start this software several times, which often leads to unpredictable errors. My question would be, is there a way, or a complete program, that allows the software to start only once and if it starts more than once, to close the other versions?I am looking forward to your answer and hope that you might have had the same pr

Is there a software that can keep your pc clean, fix it etc

There is no single software application that can perform all of the desired steps.

There are multiple software that can perform steps but the unexpected can always happen.

These are some suggested software:

1) Run the Dell software to update drivers, software, and BIOS
2) Run the Dell diagnostics to check hardware
3) Run Ccleaner to clean (modify the boxes to specify what is and is not cleaned)
Use the software to clean windows and applications.
Don't use the tool to clean the registry.
4) Make a backup image in case there are unexpected problems

clean boot to help eliminate software conflicts. You may also troubleshoot or determine what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.
