Windows 10: Prevent my icon from changing place at each restart

Hi, I'd like you to find a solution for me, i've been using the same computer for years; and suddently without any hardware nor any update change, it suddently started to move all my icon to my secondary screen at every restart, loosing all kind of order in them.I'd really lik you to help me, but im gonna be quite mad if you start by telling me to update windows or restart my computer as it wont fix the issue. I've notice you've addressed this problem hundred of time, but kept giving the same exact useless steps to everyone without any succes, so please just skip the useless things that are

To do that, go to Settings > Update & Security
> Check for Updates.

We also recommend changing the desktop icon settings. To access it, follow these steps:

  Click Change desktop icons.

  Uncheck Allow themes to change desktop icons.

After installing the latest updates and changing the desktop icon settings, check if you can place icons on the left side of your screen.

There are various reasons why you're experiencing the issue. Let us isolate your concern by enabling the
Auto arrange icons option, and then disabling it to see if the issue will persist. To do this follow these steps:

• Go to the Desktop screen, and then right click anywhere.
• Hover your mouse on View.
• Select Auto arrange icons.
• Restart the computer.
• After restarting the computer, check if your Desktop icons are still in the right position after clicking the
  Auto arrange icons option.
• If your Desktop icons are in the right position, repeat steps 1-3 to disable the
  Auto arrange icons option.
  
• Customize the position of your Desktop icons.
• Restart the computer.
• After restarting the computer, check if the issue will occur.
