Prevent "Notification" to schedule restart from stealing focus

Is there some way to prevent this notification popup from stealing focus, or better yet make it an actually notification instead of a popup that likes to call itself a notification? It's incredibly disruptive, especially while gaming, where it
likes to steal the mouse while sitting in the background, leading to confusion/death while you try to figure out what happened to your mouse. I find it very odd that this doesn't detect full screen apps and wait for them to close, but even outside of that
it is still incredibly annoying and disruptive.

Prevent "Notification" to schedule restart from stealing focus

Did you even read what I was asking about? This isn't a notification area notification, which is what you're telling me to turn off. This is a big giant bar across my screen that steals focus and is INCREDIBLY disruptive and the only thing I've ever had
make this kind of "notice" is windows update in windows 10 and the headphone volume warning in windows 8.1. Normal notifications don't bother me at all, since they don't steal focus or otherwise prevent me from ignoring them. This popup (this is a popup, not
a notification, since it steals focus) does not go away until I do what it wants me to do, which is HORRIBLE design, considering it is a not-timing-critical task that's it being so demanding about. Older versions of windows this was a notification in the notification
area and you were free to ignore it until you were ready to restart. Windows 10 decided windows update is holier than whatever work we are doing and NEEDED and answer RIGHT NOW, which is a pretty bad usability decision on the part of you folks at Microsoft.

Even if what you are saying does stop this popup it is still not an acceptible answer since it disales ALL notices including things like my anti-virus, or even windows update itself. Instead I want something to fix this broken behavior in windows update. Something
like making it a normal notification.

Preventing applications from stealing focus in Windows 10

There is a dated question asking for a solution for windows 7. I have recently grew tired of newly launched applications to steal focus from my currently opened window. Is there a way how to prevent programs from stealing focus in Windows 10?

    Thank you
