Windows 10: Prevent other user account to consume my resources on startup.

Today I have added another user for my little sister on my windows laptop. But I have noticed that the children account keeps consuming my resources on startup. I do not want to sign off from task manager every time. I do I permanently get rid of it?Tnx in advance.

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

I suggest you to follow the step provided below to switch user.

User account at startup problem

I'm having a problem with a Windows 10 PC (2004) with the user name that first comes up when the machine is booting up. It's my name from when I first used the machine, and asks for a password. I don't have the password I originally set on the machine.

It is now the PC my wife uses, and I set up her account on it as a local user and administrator. To finish startup and log onto the PC it is necessary to select her user account and then enter her password. At that point everything works well.

How can I eliminate my old original user account? It does not come up anywhere as a user account, probably because the only way to log onto the PC is through her account and my original user account is not visible from her user account any way I look.
For instance is is not listed from the command prompt admin mode command "wmic useraccount list full".

Any suggestions?
