Windows 10: Prevent windows 10 from locking my hard disk after fast shutdown ?

Hey,

I have dual booted my machine and I don't want windows to do all the boot process again and again every time I boot windows. So I am not disabling fast startup, but there is a problem that windows locks my hard disk every time I shut it down and the other OS are unable to access it. Is there a way to prevent it. I have 2 hard disk one with all the data and other with all the OS installed.

How do I unlock the drive where Windows 10 is installed?

 

winlogon.exe prevents Windows 10 shutdown.

winlogon.exe prevents Windows 10 shutdown.

I get a message that: "This app is preventing shutdown,"

If I close this file using Task Manager > Details... then Windows 10 will shutdown. And start correctly.

Otherwise I have start up problems and can not get to the Lock Screen!

Please advise a fix!
