  1. Prevent Windows 10 from sneaking in drivers during update?

After installing Windows 10 and manually installing the drivers I want, I used WuMgr to set flags to stop Windows 10 from downloading drivers. Windows Update confirmed that GPO flags were set, and the drivers didn't show up under any downloads.

However, after a reboot, Intel ME, Realtek Audio and some stupid Dolby software were actually installed. So I went ahead, formatted, reinstalled Windows 10, and used WuMgr (a 3rd party program) itself to download and install updates. I made sure to hide all driver updates. And despite all that, the stupid drivers still showed up.

I'm this close to just giving up and using Windows 7 instead. Is there any way I can absolutely make sure that I will not get any drivers in any update? Is there maybe some hidden drivers in one of the cumulative rollups?
