    Prevent Windows 11 update from installing a non-Microsoft update


    Windows update wants to install an Intel Corporation Display adapter update, but I have already updated it via the Intel website. The one I already installed is newer than the one Windows update wants to install. What's the best course of action?Also, after the last beta version update 22H2, Build 22622.440, the Feedback hub opens when I click on it, but immediately closes and won't run. I deleted it from Powershell using the command: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsFeedbackHub Remove-AppxPackage, but now the Windows Store won't open has a line under it on the Start Menu.     Windows Updates failed to instal

    I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

    Windows updates won't install!

    I had the same problem when i repaired my O/S, i forgot the steps on how to fixed it, but it is in the microsoft support forum.

    You have to reinstall the windows updater, then restart the updating service.
