Windows 10: Preventing a Work or School account from being added to a Windows 11 workstation

I'm not trying to remove an account; I've seen a LOT of posts regarding how to remove an account, but not how to then PREVENT someone from adding a Work or School accounts under Settings Accounts. I'm the Global Administrator in my organization and have a shared desktop that everyone always tends to keep themselves logged into a limited Standard windows profile but then when you launch Office you can see that someone has left themselves logged in; allowing anyone to see or open their documents. So I'm constantly going to Accounts and removing them by Disconnecting them under Work or School ac

Help adding school account onto laptop

Is there any error or prompt when you add your school account?

Normally, the steps to add a school or work account are as follows:

If you're using the same PC for both personal and school or business work, you may want to add various accounts to your PC to make it easier for you to get to the files, apps, and information associated with each account. When you access work or school, you'll be connected to your organization's domain and have access to its resources.

To add another account to your PC:

1. Select Start > Settings > Accounts > Access work or school .
   
2. Next to Add a work or school account, select Connect.
   
3. Enter that person's account info, select the account type, and then select Add.

I think that the case that can not be added is that the school account may need to be added in the school network environment or domain environment, which also needs attention. (You need to check with school staff)

Join Teams for work or school meeting with personal Microsoft account

Microsoft Teams Insider Blog: As a part of ongoing work to improve the experience when joining Teams meetings, we have just made a new update available for Teams Insiders. When using your personal Teams account to join a meeting that originated from a Work or School Teams account, you previously had to join as a guest, often causing your meeting to open in a web browser with limited functionality. Now you can join as your signed-in personal Microsoft account from within the Teams app on Windows 11, providing a better meeting experience for all parties. In the first phase of rolling out this new functionality, you will get the new experience when joining a Teams for work or school meeting from within Teams free by tapping a Teams for work or school meeting link in a chat or community within Teams free. Your signed-in personal Microsoft account will be used when you join the meeting.

If you dont have the Teams meeting in your Teams free calendar, a nice little trick is to forward the meeting invite to the email you use to sign in to Teams free. Then you will have the meeting neatly in your Teams calendar, readily available for you to join the meeting when its time. How to join Teams Insider? Its easy to join Teams Insider for earlier access to new features and improvements:

1. Go to app settings in Teams free
2. Navigate to Teams Insider program section (you can get there directly with this link)
3. Tap Join button to join Teams Insider
4. Restart the Teams app and you have the latest features and improvements

Multiple work users not able to log into Windows 11 Pro workstation

I have a Windows 11 Pro workstation that will be used in a conference room. During the initial set up I was able to add one user to the workstation using their work Office 365 email account. The user was able to log in and create their PIN.

Using that same user's account I added 2 of their co-workers to the workstation using the "Access work or school account". Once the accounts were added they show as AZUREAD\<username>.

When trying to get the other users logged into the workstation we select "Other User" when we enter the users email account and Office 365 password we get a password error but I know they are using the correct password because the user can log into their webmail from a different workstation.

I wiped the workstation and went through the setup process again. This time using one of the other user's work Office 365 email accounts. They were able to log in and create their PIN, but I still can not get any other users work accounts to log into this one workstation.
