Windows 10: Preview Pane Image Size Locked on One of Three Drives

The preview pane images from my M: drive are smaller than my C: or E: drive - any ideas how to fix?C: and E: both resize the preview image as the pane is resized, but M: preview image starts small and disappears altogether if preview pane is resized smallerBoth views below are same size, right side shows M: drive preview image at the largest it'll go.Both files are identical, copied from E: to M: to demonstrate.

If the preview pane doesn’t appear, I suggest you to follow the steps and check if that helps to resolve the issue.

  Open the folder where the images are located.

  Click on View option at the top and choose
  Preview pane.
  
• 
  Now you will be able to see the images on the Preview pane.

Video in the preview pane

Thank you so much for your reply.

What I really need to know is how get the video to play in the preview pane. Prior to Windows 10, this worked wonderfully and was an asset. Now, it requires making changes to the Windows registry - not recommended due to the enormous amount of issues with
Windows 10.

Any other suggestions?

 

Windows Explorer Preview Pane Image Resolution/Size

Some weeks ago, the preview pane in my windows file explorer stopped previewing images at full resolution. Normally the image preview would fill up the entire preview pane and stretch to size.

Seemingly overnight, the images in the preview pane stopped stretching and are now only shown at a fixed (and very small) resolution. I've browsed all over and haven't even come across someone experiencing this same problem, let alone a fix.

Does anyone know how to get the images in the preview pane to fill up the entire window?

Here is an example of what is occuring. The image preview on the right stays at that small fixed resolution instead of filling the pane like it normally should.
